CHEM 262 - Physical Chemistry: Thermodynamics and Kinetics

Prerequisite: CHEM 110, MATH 102, and at least junior class standing. An introduction to classical and statistical thermodynamics and chemical kinetics with an emphasis on biological systems. Topics include enzyme kinetics, the thermodynamics of metabolic cycles, and the conformational energetics of biomolecules, especially protein folding.
