LAW 231 - Constitutional Law Seminar.


Selected topics in Constitutional Law. Past topics have included reproductive liberties, freedom of speech and religion, cruel and unusual punishment, takings and executive branch powers. This course may be repeated with permission of the instructor. Two or three hours.  Prerequisite: Constitutional Law or taking concurrently.  (This seminar may not satisfy the upper-level writing requirement.) Not offered in 2018-2019.
