LAW 524 - Legal Writing II Credits: 2 Prerequisites: 1L class standing. Description: Legal Writing II builds on the skills developed in the first-semester course while introducing students to persuasive writing and oral advocacy. Writing assignments focus on advocating for a particular outcome for a client and typically include a pretrial brief, an appellate brief, and an oral argument. As with Legal Writing I, students receive substantial individualized feedback on each assignment.
