LAW 385 - Negotiation. This course will examine negotiation, the basic and most prevalent dispute resolution process. The course will explore the various elements of negotiation, including interest-based, creative problem-solving and distributive aspects of negotiation. Class sessions and out-of-class assignments will be designed to enable students to gain an understanding of negotiation by direct participation through simulations and sharing insights in class.
