BUS 330 - Global Human-Resource Management Credits: 3 Planned Offering: Fall, Winter
Prerequisite: BUS 217.Human-resource management (HRM) is concerned with how to best attract, select, develop, and retain employees in organizations. This course examines HRM in the global context. Topics include employee selection, training, performance management, compensation, health, safety, and security, and termination.
