GEOL 230 - Field Methods in the Appalachians

Prerequisite: GEOL 100, GEOL 101, or GEOL 102. Open to Geology majors. An introduction to the study of geology in the field with special attention to the methods used by geologists to make, record, and interpret field observations. The course includes study of and field trips in the central Appalachian region. Connors.
