BUS 308 - Special Topics in Entrepreneurship

Credits: 3 Prerequisite: BUS 160 or BUS 195A; OR both ECON 100 and ACCT 100; or instructor consent. This course is a special topics course related to entrepreneurship. The topics vary by term and instructor. May be repeated for degree credit if the topics are different.

Spring 2021, BUS 308A-01: Special Topics in Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurial Finance (3). This course addresses financing issues facing entrepreneurs including the financing of startups and high growth ventures, as well as other settings. The essential challenge of funding startups and entrepreneurial enterprises, “the funding gap,” is examined closely along with its implications and solutions.
