SPAN 291 - Poetry Workshop

Credits: 1-3 Prerequisite: SPAN 162 or164, and by instructor consent. A poetry workshop taught in Spanish. Students read, write, and critique poetry with the faculty member in both the workshop setting and in individual conferences. The course also includes exercises in the translation and recitation of poetry. The topical focus of the course varies by academic term. May be repeated for degree credit if the topics are different.
