BUS 199 - Real Estate Society

Credits: 1 Graded Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory only. Prerequisite: Instructor consent. Students must participate in a competitive application process to become a member of the Real Estate Society in order to participate. This co-curricular student organization seeks to develop an enhanced understanding of real estate development and investment. The group hosts guest speakers, conducts and publishes market research, and acts as pro bono consultants to external constituents. Experiential Learning (EXP): Yes Hoover.
