LAW 267 - Electronic Discovery.

As technology continues to further permeate our culture, discovery practices increasingly focus on gathering relevant information from a wide number of electronic sources.  As technology and discovery collection methods constantly evolve, the law and the courts are often left struggling to catch up.  This course is intended to expose students to the practical, ethical, and philosophical side of electronic discovery, with the primary goal of preparing them to handle an array of electronic discovery issues in litigation.
