LAW 165 - Legal Writing I.

Legal writing assignments will be designed to sharpen students’ writing and analytical skills. Assignments also will be designed to familiarize students with law library resources and research methods. Instruction will be coordinated with small sections in Civil Procedure, Contracts, Criminal Law, and Torts. Students’ written work will be closely reviewed in small group sessions and individually, with redrafts often required. Two hours.
