LAW 140 - Contracts.


One of the major goals of this course is to broaden the student’s perception of the nature of exchange relationships in our legal system. In order to develop this understanding such matters as the legal remedies available for reinforcing exchange relationships, concepts, and techniques relating to continuing exchange relationships, social control and utilization of contracts, and the concept of contract as a form of economic wealth and property are explored.
