LAW 231 - Constitutional Law Seminar. Selected topics in Constitutional Law. Past topics have included reproductive liberties, freedom of speech and religion, cruel and unusual punishment, takings and executive branch powers. This course may be repeated with permission of the instructor. Two or three hours. Buchhandler-Raphael Prerequisite: Constitutional Law or permission of the instructor.
Spring 2014 - (two credit hours) Topic will cover Freedom of Speech.
(Constitutional Law is not a prerequisite for the Spring 2014 course.)
