LAW 752 - Clear and Concise Essay Writing: Virginia Law Topics Course Type: Upper Level Elective Credits: 1
Prerequisites: 3L class standing. Description: This course will introduce students to the substantive law of Virginia tested on the Virginia Bar Exam. The learning methodology will be comprised of lecture, working hypotheticals, and practice of archived bar exam materials. Student work will focus on subjects heavily tested on the essay sections of the Virginia Bar Exam, e.g., wills, trusts, and estates; business organizations; creditor’s rights; domestic relations; and the Uniform Commercial Code.
