LAW 525 - Legal Research Course Type: First Year Course Credits: 1
Prerequisites: 1L class standing. Description: Legal Research is an introductory class on the process of legal research and sources of legal information. This course also explores the legal system, including the branches and levels of government and their relationships. You will acquire core professional skills to discriminate among various research tools, formulate a research strategy for any given question, organize your research, and determine and document the authority of underlying sources as they apply to the legal issues presented.
