Course Type: Upper Writing Requirement
Credits: 2

Description: Filing deadlines, closing dates, billable hours: the impact of time on lawyering cannot be overstated. Timely articles, books, and academic studies will supplement relevant topics. This course will require students to engage critically with caselaw, procedural rules, bargaining practices, and industry norms in order to enhance their understanding of –and opportunities to meaningfully improve–temporal experience and related outcomes.
