As in any family, issues may arise involving accidents, work injuries, health insurance, and the occasional detonation of ordinary household items. Students will work in teams alternately representing the family, or its legal antagonists. This is a litigation-oriented course, and students will do a significant amount of writing, including memoranda, briefs and other litigation documents. There will be some role for client counseling and planning.Five hours.ScalesNot offered in 2010-2011.
