LAW 685 - Evidence Course Type: Required Second Year Course Credits: 3
Conditions: This course is required for graduation. Prerequisites: 2L class standing. Description: This course concentrates on the substantive rules that govern the admission of evidence at trial. Relevance, hearsay, the privileges, judicial notice, the best evidence rule, and the examination of witnesses are all studied. The techniques of introducing evidence are covered in the trial practice courses.
