Students enrolled in Securities Regulation will have the option to enroll in a one-credit experiential extension of the doctrinal course. The experiential course will expose students to a skills-based understanding of securities offerings. Students will engage in drafting offering documents, investment proposals that meet the definition of a security, and private offering memoranda. Credits: 1.
