LAW 400P - Real Estate Transactions Practicum

This course will introduce students to the transactional practice of real estate law with a focus on real life residential, agricultural, and commercial transactions. The class will begin with the purchase of a residential property that will provide the students with a framework from which to work and develop a foundation for understanding more complex exercises in agricultural and commercial transactions. The class will be designed to provide insight to actual practice issues and draw from actual transactions. Credits: 3.
