LAW 531 - Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic (The Black Lung Clinic)


The Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic (Black Lung) represents coal miners or their survivors in claims for benefits in U.S. Department of Labor proceedings and on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals. Permission of the instructors is required; limited enrollment. A student enrolled in this course may not simultaneously participate in another clinical program or externship program. This is a two semester course. (This course will satisfy the actual practice graduation requirement). Credits: 10 (five in the fall, five in the spring) Evans and MacDonnell
