LAW 345 - Labor Law.


A study of the rights and duties of employees, employers, and labor unions under the National Labor Relations Act and the role of collective bargaining in a free enterprise society. Primary focus will be on the establishment of the collective bargaining relationship, the process of collective bargaining, and the administration of the collective bargaining agreement. Credits: 2.
