LAW 202 - Advanced Topics in Corporate Law.

This is an advanced course in corporate governance and finance. It will explore the debate on contractual freedom in corporate law, theories of valuation, corporate finance and debt securities, preferred stock, dividends, and other timely subjects.  Prerequisite: Business Associations.
