LAW 320P - Intellectual Property Practicum. This practicum will focus on learning and applying the major legal and procedural requirements for obtaining, maintaining, exploiting, and enforcing intellectual property rights. It will include assignments that simulate actual practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as transactional and litigation matters involving copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Students will perform research, draft documents, and engage in exercises relating to registration and licensing. Three hours. Seaman Prerequisite: LAW 320 - Intellectual Property. Not offered in 2020-2021.
