LAW 530 - Advanced Immigrant Rights Clinic.

This offering is available to student attorneys who have completed the fall semester in the Immigrant Rights Clinic and secured written permission from the IRC Director. Students in Advanced IRC will continue their supervised casework from the fall semester, take on additional matters, conduct community outreach and education activities, and/or engage in legislative advocacy on behalf of immigrant communities before the Virginia General Assembly. Advanced IRC student attorneys will engage in these practical lawyering activities individually and in groups. Three hours. Baluarte Not offered in 2019-2020.
