The Black Lung Benefits Clinic represents coal miners or their survivors in claims for benefits in U.S. Department of Labor proceedings and on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals. Permission of the instructors is required; limited enrollment. A student enrolled in this course may not simultaneously participate in another clinical program.
