LAW 336 - Introduction to Latin American Law.


This course will introduce the historic and cultural conditions for the development of law in Latin America. The basic focus will be on constitutional, administrative, and tax laws, covering Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, including the legal and court systems as well as the tax systems. As to the Brazilian legal system, the course will also examine contracts, consumer law, and company law.One hour.Manning
