LAW 345 - Labor Law.


A study of the rights and duties of employees, employers, and labor unions under the National Labor Relations Act and the role of collective bargaining in a free enterprise society. Primary focus will be on the establishment of the collective bargaining relationship, the process of collective bargaining, and the administration of the collective bargaining agreement. Two hours. Not offered in 2017-2018.
