SOAN 375 - Methods of Social Inquiry

Prerequisites: SOAN 101 (ANTH 101) or SOAN 102 (SOC 102), and at least junior standing. The rationale and practice of social research methods and their relationship to social theory. Major aspects of social inquiry - such as asking questions, creating hypotheses, measurement and interpretation are examined.
