LAW 398 - Quantitative Analysis for Lawyers.

This course is designed to prepare you to handle the range of quantitative issues that occur in modern legal practice. You will become familiar with quantitative research methods, data collection, and data analysis in a legal context. You will learn to develop legal arguments based on quantitative analysis. You will also learn to access the validity of the methods used to collect and analyze data. The course intended to increase your comfort and proficiency in dealing with testimony and reports by expert witnesses. One hour. Not offered in 2013-2014.
