JURIS DOCTOR - Change in Academic Regulation number 8.C.

Currently reads: A student who receives during any semester a grade of 0.0 for five or more semester hours of work is ineligible to continue in the School of Law or to receive a degree.           

Rule is amended to read: A student who receives during any semester a grade of F in two or more graded courses is ineligible to continue in the School of law or to receive a degree.   (11/14/11)

Other changes to degree requirements:

 Starting Spring 2012, practicum courses may be added or dropped during the second and third weeks of the semester with the consent of the instructor. Under no circumstances may a practicum course be added or dropped after the third week of the semester.  (changes in italics)
