LAW 285 - Evidence.


This course concentrates on the substantive rules that govern the admission of evidence at trial. Relevance, hearsay, the privileges, judicial notice, the best evidence rule, and the examination of witnesses are all studied. The techniques of introducing evidence are covered in the trial practice courses. Three hours. Belmont, King and Shapiro   (Class of 2019 - Course counts towards total required credits for experiential courses.)
