FILM 233 - Global Cinema

Prerequisite: Completion of FW FDR requirement.

An introductory study of film taught in English and with a topical focus upon texts from a variety of global film-making traditions. The course generally emphasizes one national film tradition and, within it, may focus on major representative texts or upon a subgenre or thematic approach.
