LAW 427 - Trademarks.

The course focuses on private actions available to business and individuals rather than government actions in antitrust or trade regulation. The course is a study of misappropriation of marks or product configurations and false advertising. Special emphasis is on the nature of trademark rights, the role of trademark registration, and the loss of trademark rights. Two hours. Wiant Not offered in 2013-2014.
